PBIA has established relationships with numerous universities, allowing our students to take college courses and earn transferable credits for college. Continuing your higher education has never been easier. Taking courses from Ivy League Universities, State Colleges, or Open Learning platforms, allows you to be in control of your educational path.
PBIA opens a doorway to higher learning for students, allowing them to earn college credits while taking advanced courses through affiliated colleges and universities.
University-Level Academics
Once students begin tasting academic achievement, they often find themselves craving more knowledge, and even greater challenges. We are able to offer University level classes beginning junior year of high school.
By offering students the opportunity to take higher level courses through affiliated universities, PBIA enables them to more fully pursue their interests, while earning college credits at the same time.
Most commonly, junior, senior, or gap year students will seek to take these courses rather in addition to advanced placement (AP) courses. This allows them to better amplify their transcript in order to gain an advantage for their college application, as well to give them a head start for their university program.
Specialized Knowledge
As more students bypass the college experience, PBIA has seen greater numbers of students pursue college courses in specialized fields areas like sports, art, and business.
This is a great way for students to reap some of the benefits of higher education without making the commitment in time and financial resources required of most 2-4-year programs.
Additionally, students with specialized interests in many different fields like trades, art, or music may explore those interests in greater depth through accredited college courses, regardless of whether they apply the credits earned toward completing a degree.
